Payment Terms
We accept payments via
Bank Transfer (interbank transfer/international transfer)
PayPal
Western Union
Currency
Payment is made in the currency agreed upon on the invoice/order. If payment is made in a different currency, the Buyer is responsible for any exchange rate differences.
Fees and Commissions
Domestic bank transfer fees are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed.
International transfer fees, bank intermediary fees, PayPal fees (transaction fees), and Western Union fees are borne by the Buyer.
If the Seller receives the net amount after fees are deducted, the Buyer must add additional fees to ensure the Seller receives the amount stated on the invoice.
Payment Instructions & Confirmation
Bank Transfer: Payment must be made to the account listed on the invoice. Include the invoice number as the payment reference.
PayPal: Use the official PayPal address listed on the invoice; select the “Goods and Services” option if available.
Western Union: Use the recipient name and country listed on the payment instructions; provide the sender’s name and MTCN number.
Buyers are required to send proof of payment (proof of transfer, screenshot, or MTCN number) to the designated email/portal to expedite the verification process.
Payment Receipt Time
Domestic bank transfer payments are considered received when the funds are credited to the seller’s account.
International payments and PayPal are considered received when the funds are available without any holds. PayPal may require additional verification time.
Western Union is considered received when the funds are disbursed or when the seller receives MTCN confirmation and is able to release the funds.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds will only be made in accordance with the cancellation and refund policies outlined in the contract/terms of sale.
Non-refundable transaction fees (e.g., PayPal fees, Western Union fees) may be deducted from the refund amount.
For PayPal refunds, the funds will be returned to the sender’s PayPal account. For bank transfers, the refund will be sent to the buyer’s designated account. For Western Union, the refund process follows Western Union’s terms and conditions and may require a manual process.
