2004 Pair Yamaha 225HP Four Stroke Outboard Motors
This is a 6 cyl, fuel injected, four stroke outboard with power trim and tilt. these v6 yamaha f225 outboards produce good power and excellent reliability. in addition to excellent fuel economy they can also last upwards of 6000 hours with proper care.

Mechanically the motor (either one) is in great shape. compression was 180-185 per cylinder. theyfire right up, pump good water , shift smooth and sounds excellent when you rap the throttle.
Cosmetically the motor looks good. paint and decals are all original but do show some fading on the decals. the powerhead is super clean and the overall condition of the motor will definetly make the new owner proud.
